A Garden in Every Neighborhood
Since 2004, Denver Urban Gardens and the Colorado School of Public Health have worked together through the Gardens for Growing Healthy Communities community-based research initiative to explore how gardens, as neighborhood places, support healthy living. In A Garden in Every Neighborhood, community gardeners, researchers, and public health professionals tell their stories about the positive impacts that community gardens have had on their lives and in their communities.
