Golfer’s
Way Community Garden
This new garden in Lowry is looking forward
to its first season of cultivating community, gardening skills
and fresh produce.
Why We Love Our Garden:
Golfer’s Way is a garden cared for by
residents of one of Northeast Denver’s housing units.
Residents have organized a council to plan for the coming
year and motivate potential gardeners. This garden will
be run as a community effort, the residents raising flowers and
vegetables together.
This year, they are excited to build a
strong foundation, increase their gardening knowledge, and
strengthen local community ties.
