Learn how to take a freshly-harvested medicinal plant and preserve its power in a liquid extract. Participants will learn a step-by-step process of tincture-making, peppered with helpful tips and tricks. We\u2019ll also discuss how to incorporate tinctures into your own daily self-care practices. All participants will make and take home a brewing herbal tincture that they can strain and use!
