Colorado gardeners! Outdoor mushroom cultivation is an easy way to enhance local food production while enriching compost and nurturing soil health. Together, we\u2019ll learn how to create a low-cost, low-maintenance living oyster mushroom bed using straw, cardboard, and mushroom spawn inoculated grain. This interactive workshop will walk you through the steps to grow a fungal garden at home or in a community garden space.<\/p>\n
