In this session, we\u2019ll explore different ways sites can ensure that produce doesn\u2019t go to waste, including fence boxes, Fresh Food Connect, connecting with local hunger-relief organizations, and free farm stands. Participants will build a mini food donation bin to take back to their site and discuss practical strategies for gleaning at the end of the season, especially once water is turned off and crops are still producing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This session is available for all DUG Garden Leaders, Steering Committee Members, and Tree Keepers. Prospective leaders can join by request.
