Fire cider is a traditional tonic that\u2019s made with vinegar and a variety of immune-supportive herbs and foods like garlic, onion, horseradish, hot peppers, spicy roots, and aromatic herbs. Making fire cider is a traditional way to prepare for the transition from the warm days of late summer, to the more quiet and inward times of autumn and winter. Come learn about the history, lore and benefits of fire cider. And concoct your own fire cider for immune and digestive support! We\u2019ll be using a variety of veggies and herbs.<\/p>\n<p>All materials will be provided.
