Escurrir bien. Picar el perejil, el tomate y el pimiento rojo. Cortar en juliana la cebolla verde, la albahaca y las espinacas. A continuaci\u00f3n, combinar todos los ingredientes con el bulgar y mezclar bien. En un bol aparte, mezclar el aceite de oliva y el zumo de lim\u00f3n. A continuaci\u00f3n, combinar con el bulgar, mezclar bien, sazonar y servir.<br \/>\n<em>Tzatziki<br \/>\n<\/em>Picar el eneldo y el ajo, rallar el pepino y mezclar en un bol. A\u00f1adir el yogur, el zumo de lim\u00f3n, el aceite de oliva y los copos de chile.
