Engrasar ligeramente un molde para doce magdalenas.<\/p>\n<p>Tamizar juntos la harina, el az\u00facar, la levadura, la sal y las especias. En un bol aparte, bata la calabaza, la leche de soja, el aceite y la melaza. Verter los ingredientes h\u00famedos en los secos y mezclar.<\/p>\n<p>Llene los moldes para magdalenas hasta dos tercios de su capacidad. Hornear de 18 a 20 minutos, hasta que al insertar un palillo o un cuchillo en el centro, \u00e9ste salga limpio.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #162e2f;\"><strong>Variaciones:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1ada una taza de ar\u00e1ndanos frescos picados o nueces picadas, o una mezcla de ambos.<br \/>\nNota de Abbie: Esta es mi receta favorita para el fr\u00edo.
