Mezcla la fruta en funci\u00f3n de lo que haya disponible y de la temporada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Cobertura de frutas<\/em><br \/>\n1\u20444 taza de az\u00facar moreno zumo de 1 lima<br \/>\n2 tazas de fresas frescas cortadas en rodajas<br \/>\n1\u20442 taza de melocotones frescos<\/p>\n<p><em>Crepes<\/em><br \/>\n1 taza de queso ricotta bajo en grasas<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de az\u00facar moreno<br \/>\n1\u20444 cucharadita de canela<br \/>\n6 tortillas de harina (6 pulgadas)<br \/>\n2 cucharaditas de margarina<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>\nMezclar el az\u00facar moreno y el zumo de lima en un bol peque\u00f1o; remover para disolver el az\u00facar. Incorporar la fruta y reservar. Para preparar los crepes, mezcle el queso, el az\u00facar moreno y la canela en un bol peque\u00f1o. Vierta una cantidad uniforme de la mezcla en la mitad de cada tortilla y d\u00f3blela para que quede el relleno. Derrita 1 cucharadita de margarina en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio. Coloque 3 de las tortillas rellenas en la sart\u00e9n y coc\u00ednelas durante varios minutos por cada lado hasta que est\u00e9n crujientes y ligeramente doradas. Repita con el resto de la margarina y las tortillas.
