Esc\u00farralas y p\u00e1selas a un recipiente con agua helada para que se enfr\u00eden. Volver a escurrir y secar. Se puede preparar con 1 d\u00eda de antelaci\u00f3n. Envolver en papel de cocina. Meter en una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico y enfriar.<\/p>\n<p>Calentar el aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio. A\u00f1adir el ajo y saltear hasta que est\u00e9 fragante, aproximadamente 1 minuto. A\u00f1adir el br\u00e9col rabe y saltear hasta que est\u00e9 bien caliente, unos 4 minutos. Retirar del fuego. Espolvorear 4 cucharadas de queso por encima y remover para mezclar. Sazonar con sal y pimienta. Pasar a una fuente caliente. Espolvorear con las 2 cucharadas de queso restantes y los pi\u00f1ones tostados.<\/p>\n<p>*El br\u00e9col rabe, tambi\u00e9n conocido como rapini, es un tipo de tallo de hoja verde con racimos
