A\u00f1adir el calabac\u00edn; saltear hasta que las rodajas est\u00e9n ligeramente doradas y tiernas, unos 5 minutos. A\u00f1adir el ajo y el pimiento rojo; remover 1 minuto. Sazonar al gusto con sal marina.
