Included in DUG’s 2nd annual Fall Plant Sale is a Garden Garage Sale where we will have donated garden supplies and tools that Fall Plant Sale attendees can pick and choose from (first-come, first-served!)

SAME Café is a donation-based, fair exchange restaurant that serves healthy food to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. Their mission is to create community through healthy food access. They believe in healthy food, community, and dignity for everyone.

Plant Seeds, Harvest Change

In celebration of the fall planting season, our friends at Seeds Trust will have a booth at our Fall Plant Sale where you may purchase their amazing selection of high-altitude tempered seeds!

Seeds Trust is a 30 year-old seed company dedicated to teaching you to save your own seeds, grow a delicious home garden and create stunning native landscapes. They sell heirloom seeds (passed on from generation to generation), open-pollinated seeds (will reproduce true to form) and organic/naturally grown vegetable, native wildflower, native grass and medicinal herb seeds.

Garlic (for pre-order only)

  • Elephant – Elephant Garlic in the leek family and shares its mild flavor. Known for its gigantic bulbs and cloves that impress
  • Mild French – Clover color varies from striking pink to solid pink brown. Well adapted to hot and dry climates. Milder than other Silverskin strains but still an excellent keeper! Earlier maturing than other Silverskins. Most often 4 clove layers and 13-16 cloves.
  • Chesnok Red – Chesnock Red is a hardneck garlic in the purple stripe family. It holds shape and retains flavor when cooked. Great choice for baking with a creamy texture. Produces very large bulbs that average 9 to 10 easy-to-peel cloves.
  • Music – Hardneck, porcelain variety. An outstanding plant producing very large bulbs. Strong, robust plants stand out in the garden. A sweet and substantial garlic when baked. Hot when consumed raw.
