Description
The Saint Thomas Episcopal Church Community Garden is a beautiful grow space, located along a community sidewalk in the Park Hill neighborhood. Raised beds full of thriving vegetables can be seen while strolling along 22nd near Dexter Street. A former priest of the Saint Thomas Episcopal Church came up with the idea of a community garden and drew up the plans for it, including a sitting area in memory of a St. Thomas member. Church members, community neighbors, and family members all helped contribute to making this unique garden become a success. 50-70% of the harvested produce is donated to The Greater Park Hill Community Food Bank.
