The Change Committee was formed in 2021 to be an inclusive and meaningful way for people with marginalized identities to voice in their own words what they want and need from DUG. This ~20-person committee meets quarterly to brainstorm, organize, and action plan around Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in DUG programs, events, and more.

The Change Committee welcomes new members twice a year in February and August. Our short recruitment windows 1) facilitate onboarding, 2) offers opportunity for diving deeper, and 3) supports community building
