Summer Garden Stroll (Aurora)

Join us for a summer garden walking tour with Denver Urban Gardens. Explore the urban green spaces in various neighborhoods across metro Denver where food, community, and climate come together. These free walking tours will be led by a DUG staff member or community advocate!
We’ll visit the following DUG community gardens:
- Asian Pacific Development Center (1537 Alton Street, Aurora, CO 80010)
- Beeler ( 1675 Beeler Street, Aurora, CO 80010)
- Sanctuary (9840 E 17th Ave., Aurora, CO 80010)
Total Distance: 1.5 miles
*NEW* Time: 4:00-5:30pm (1.5 hours)
Led by:
- Linda Appel Lipsius, Executive Director
What to Bring:
- Layers and/or rain gear
- A filled reusable water bottle (as we may not have access to refill stations during the tour)
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)
- Anything else you need to feel comfortable during the walking tour
