At our annual Gather ‘Round gala on September 19, 2024, we celebrated the impact of three community partners working to make the Denver metro area a better place.

This gala was an opportunity to spotlight organizations we believed represented DUG’s three pillars of food, community, and climate in a way that was relevant and impactful. This year’s Impact Award recipients were:

FOOD: Fresh Food Connect

COMMUNITY: Denver’s West Area Plan

CLIMATE: Denver Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resiliency (CASR)

We were thrilled to honor our community partners because we cannot do this work in isolation. Having a meaningful impact means working together on a shared mission to make Denver greener and more resilient.
