This year, the Colorado Gives Foundation is launching Colorado Gives Day on November 1, 2025 to span through the month until Tuesday, December 9th. As a part of the Colorado Gives Foundation network, DUG joins hundreds of Colorado nonprofits seeking engagement from the community through generous giving.
We are thrilled to start building the momentum early with DUG’s community of 40,000 Denverites who continue to show up at garden workdays, fundraising events, and educational workshops. Our community is committed to making a difference now, and in Denver’s future.
By making a gift on #ColoradoGivesDay2025, you ensure that DUG’s work can continue, that we can continue supporting our existing network of over 200 community gardens and 24 food forests across 7 counties in metro Denver. A gift means we can continue to offer low-cost and free educational resources, pay-what-you-can classes, and low-cost and free gardening supplies.
Last year, DUG raised almost $30,000 to support the programs that impact our community the most. This year, our goal is $40,000 in honor of DUG’s 40th birthday this year!
