If you are currently experiencing hunger, check out Hunger Free Colorado‘s interactive food map for their up-to-date Food Resources Map. You can also apply for Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger’s Emergency Hunger Relief Fund.

You can check your eligibility and apply for SNAP through the Colorado PEAK website. The Food Resource Hotline (855-855-4626), M – F (8 am – 4:30 pm) is a bilingual (English and Spanish), one-stop resource for local and federal nutrition assistance. Services are available (for free) to all Coloradans, regardless of legal status. All information is kept confidential.

Many of our gardeners grow food specifically for donation to local food pantries and food redistribution centers. 

We partner with Fresh Food Connect, a free produce pick-up service that redistributes your access to their food pantry partners.

The Denver Community Food Access Coalition (DCFAC) brings together Denver-Metro area organizations working in different aspects of food access to create a more equitable food system for all communities.

The DCFAC is comprised of policy and government organizations, emergency food assistance organizations, long-term sustainable food access and education organizations, and community organizing.
