Workshop Policies
Refunds or Transfers
7+ Days’ Notice: Refund or Transfer
Cancel at least 7 calendar days before the workshop and request either a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation or a transfer to another class.
≤ 6 Days’ Notice: Transfers only
Cancellations made 6 calendar days or fewer before the start time are not refundable, but you may request one complimentary transfer to another DUG workshop of equal or lesser value. The transfer must occur within the same calendar year, is subject to availability, and becomes non-transferable and non-refundable once processed.
No-Show Policy
If you cancel without advance notice or don’t attend, your registration fee is forfeited and no transfer is available.
Cost
DUG’s Pay What You Can policy ensures our workshops are accessible to all. A minimum fee secures your spot, while the suggested price covers the true cost of the workshop. Participants are welcome to pay more or less based on their means to support DUG programs. For no-cost registration, email [email protected] — no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
