Join Sandor Katz for learning, touring and delicious food! Five Points Fermentation is presenting an evening with Sandor Katz, fermentation genius, with all proceeds benefitting Denver Urban Gardens. This event will take place on August 15th, 2012 and will begin and end at the Queen Ann Bed & Breakfast, located at 2147 Tremont Place. The evening will kick off at 5:00pm, starting with a lecture by Katz, and will then continue with a tour of MoonDog Farms, managed by Produce Denver, which supports Five Points Fermentation and Mercury Cafe. To conclude this fantastic event, there will be a fermented feast at the Queen Ann Bed & Breakfast, and will be presented by Five Points Fermentation and Beet Box Bakery. Admission to the event is a sliding scale suggested donation of $15-$25 dollars and you can reserve your space by emailing fivepointsfermentation@gmail.com.
