3:00 – Intro to Vegetable Fermentation with Hannah Abraham of Haiku Foods
4:00 – Fermented Starters with David Kaminer of Raleigh Street Bakery
5:00 – Fermentation Q&A with Sandor Katz, author of Wild Fermentation and The Art of Fermentation
6:00 – 10:00pm: Fermentation Celebration, the Fermentation Celebration will feature a talk and booksigning by Sandor Katz, as well as the opportunity to meet and sample from Front Range fermentation & food producers!
$60, Fermentation Fan: An all access pass for all workshops, the Fermentation Celebration & three drink tickets
$25, Fermentation Celebration: Tickets for an evening at the Fermentation Celebration, including two drink tickets, a talk by Sandor Katz and food samples.
$10, Individual Workshop: Join us before the Fermentation Celebration for a workshop or two.
