Earth Month is a time to reconnect with the planet, take action in our communities, and support organizations growing a more sustainable future. This April, Denver Urban Gardens (DUG) is partnering with local businesses across the Denver metro area to bring you a series of giveback events that make it easy (and fun) to support community gardens.

From seed swaps to seasonal sips, here’s how you can get involved all month long:

🍓 Product Launch: Project Green 2026 at Breckenridge Brewery

Breckenridge Brewing isn’t just supporting DUG—they’re investing in sustainability across their operations:

  • Eco-Friendly Brewing: A 289-kW solar array at their Littleton facility generates over 20% of their electricity
  • Waste Reduction: 99% waste diversion, with spent grain and yeast repurposed as feed for local farmers
  • Certified Impact: Silver Certification from the Colorado Green Business Network for achievements in water efficiency and emissions reduction
